1.How do I make a booking?  To make a booking, I will need to know where you are staying, what time you would like me to arrive, and the duration of the meeting. In addition to this, I will need a contact number for yourself. Until I have all of the above, I do not reserve my time.

2.How much notice do you require?  There is no simple answer to this question. As with most things in life, the more notice you give, the higher the chances of obtaining your desire. That said I am sometimes available at short notice, a quick phone call can assist with this.

3.Why haven't you returned my call / email?  I endeavour to return all calls and emails when I possibly can. That said, if I find your initial contact rude or discourteous, for example one line emails that are neither addressed to me nor signed off, then I will not reply. It is worth noting also, that I DO NOT ANSWER WITHELD NUMBERS, and I can only return your call if you leave your number on the voicemail message.
